I was working in one of the buildings run by millennium housing management in Rensselaer, New York. I was hired as a service coordinator to assist the seniors/people with disabilities that lived in the building. As a tenant of one of this company's properties for over 8 years I can attest that their practices are borderline criminal. From the mold, to the lack of central air and heat, to the multiple break-ins this company does not show any intentions of taking adequate care of their properties. When I first moved into the Blossom Hill housing complex in 2017 it seemed like a good place to live. Millenia Property Management lost HUD funding in all their HUD properties. HUD has banned Millenia from any new HUD contracts including Frank Sinito for about 7 years. There are multiple class action lawsuits in regards to the uninhabitable properties. Several state attorney generals are investigating Millenia as well. I encourage people who have experienced serious issues to report them to your state’s attorney general.

My House is full of Mold and the Company was informed about it and we are getting Sick and have no where else to go and the place they want to put us at is not Safe for anyone Very high Crime Rates they Dont Care as long as they Money is on time for the Rent My Daughter has Chronic Asthma and More

At One of the Propeties Beach Park Tower. 8 floors. 150 Residents, Living room, Bedroom Windows leak every time it rains, they had a Contractor fix all the windows from the outside 2019? Guess what the Windows still leak. Several residents have MOLD growing in their apartment one resident has had the leak since 2018 to Present day Residents told the Manager Karen *******, they want them to check for MOLD. I live in Baypointe Townhomes and this company is the worst. my issues run back pretty far but most recently, the lower level of my townhome flooded on 3/1/24, I was unaware that the hot water tank from an empty unit next door was the issue, I called the emergency service line for our complex on 3/2/24 and awaited a call back.. I of course never received one so as of today 3/4/24, there is still standing water in 95% of my lower level even after reaching out to the office this morning and speaking to the office staff around ... read more

We've had an elevator out since July 2023. It's January 29, 2024. They're only response is one they use patently for delayed repairs, "need to order the part." In this case, part needs to be fabricated, b/c the elevator is an older model, ca. 1980. Finally, whenever we get heavy or long rain, the roof leaks. Supposedly, we got a new roof in 2017, so why then does this one leak?

Worked for this Company in Georgia and Alabama in 2019. The company owes me 162K. Now the properties are being demolished and he company is being sued. How do I get my money without bankrupting myself. This companies uses small businesses.
