Wholesome caring company! – I have lived in a community Managed by Millennia Housing Management for 2 years now, over those 2 years, the management and staff have always been attentive to all my needs. When my toilet was overflowing and I could not get it to stop after hours, I called an emergency phone number and a maintanance man was at my door in a half an hour! Nice homes, but the management is horrible` – The manangement are real bitches...seriously. They take the rent payments out when they want to (i've had two months of rent taken out at once a couple of times), they never show up for inspections ar maintenece when scheduled, and because of a holiday my rent got to the office a day late once and they gave me an eviction notice!!!
