What a waste of $700. Initially I had good service. The technician was prompt and thorough but couldn't find the issue with our Navien intermittently producing hot water. Another Navien representative came to our house the next day, and although he saw an issue, was unable to tell us how to fix it. He told me to contact Derek, whom I left 2 messages for, but never got a phone call back. I have worked with Millenium a few times now and they have always been extremely helpful, efficient, punctual and knowledgeable. 5 stars from here!
These people are very frustrating. Check upon them, if called for anything. Their rates are too up as well.
I am very disappointed. They overcharged. What they say and what they do is completely different. They aren't trust worthy. I only called for service. They told me that I'll be charged 220$. But if I take flush with service, I'll be charged 400$. First they send someone for service who did nothing except inspection. He said u won't be charged for my coming. I heard about Millenium Mechanical when I asked Leduc Rant & Rave for a good company that serves furnaces. Nathan and his team of technicians have been more than helpful. They have been there for me with so many issues I can't do myself, always offering a solution and fast customer service. They even have a seniors discount which is a bonus for me as many companies do not offer this! This company is my go-to if I have any issues with just about anything! 5 STARS !!!
