Called Millenium on Tuesday as we had an issue come up and needed help. The gentleman that answered the phone was told the problem and then he asked us all the particulars(address) etc., if we are in the system and we are because we have used this business in the past. What a waste of $700. Initially I had good service. The technician was prompt and thorough but couldn't find the issue with our Navien intermittently producing hot water. Another Navien representative came to our house the next day, and although he saw an issue, was unable to tell us how to fix it. He told me to contact Derek, whom I left 2 messages for, but never got a phone call back.
