What a waste of $700. Initially I had good service. The technician was prompt and thorough but couldn't find the issue with our Navien intermittently producing hot water. Another Navien representative came to our house the next day, and although he saw an issue, was unable to tell us how to fix it. He told me to contact Derek, whom I left 2 messages for, but never got a phone call back. These people are very frustrating. Check upon them, if called for anything. Their rates are too up as well.
