Tryed to get ahold of someone to take care of a bad check that was given to me no one calls back left meany messages still no call back in have no idea why TCF uses them whent to TCF Bank and they have no idea how to get ahold of someone what a joke!!!
had an account sent to them from TCF due to a fraudulent charge on my account, after which TCF reversed the charge and paid it off when it was determined fraud. Fast forward to today when I check my credit score, I see they are still claiming a balance on the account. I point out that TCF sent them 195.93 to cover a bill that had a balance of 186.00, and the answer I got was bs "TCF reported an extra 35.00 on the account"... So let me get this straight high balance was 186.00 TCF paid 195.93 and somehow there is still a bala... read more
Extremely rude very disrespectful. I was treated Like garbage by more then one employee. Do not get involved with this terrible company!!!!
