I want to start by saying don’t come here unless you’re booking with Michael or Cindy. I came in for a French gel manicure, and it was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. I showed clear photos (attached to this review) of exactly what I wanted, but my nails turned out nothing like them. She didn’t file them evenly and cut them so short that they actually hurt — like a constant soreness at the tips.
