Very disappointed in the service here. My nail tech was not friendly and did a horrible job shaping and painting my toe nails. They are uneven and the polish doesn't cover the full nail. Also, she didn't trim the skin around my nails so it looks awful. I've been getting pedicures for 30 years, this was the worst.
It feel GREAT to be back, since not coming in for SO long! 😍 Michael & Deanna ALWAYS do an amazing job with my sets I always request! Very kind, professional, thoughtful & most of all they take their time which I truly LOVE & always take real good care of me every time I go in! ☺️✨ Love the team! Best salon ever! Terrible experience. I asked for the spa deluxe pedicure and was charged for it while only receiving the basic. My boyfriend and I were both charged $40 and I asked for the upgrade??? They kept trying to push the gel on me after I said no multiple times. Then after checking out they started at me to intimidate me into tipping more. Will not be returning. DO NOT GO HERE
My girlfriend went to this nail spa today and was extremely unsatisfied with the results. She came home upset and complaining about how horrible her nails turned out. I don't know much about nails, but when I saw them, I honestly thought I could have done a better job myself. It's frustrating that she paid so much money for this kind of quality. Respectfully worse experience ever was here!! Very rushy and rude! And refused to fix my nails after completely ruining and doing the opposite of what I asked… AND over charged me at that!!!.. would not recommend!
