I had a 6:30pm appointment here with my mom to get our nails done, and honestly it turned into one of the most uncomfortable salon experiences I’ve had. We even arrived about 10 minutes early, so it’s not like we came in last minute before closing (they close at 8pm). Earlier in the day, I had called to explain exactly what we wanted: I had acrylics that needed removal, my mom had gel that needed removal, and we both wanted new gel manicures. ADDITION: if it wasn't clear, ALL my nails are paper thin now and peeling/breaking...I've only had ONE gel manicure about 2 weeks ago at another salon and was perfectly happy with the nail tech and results but she warned me NOT to get gel manicures repeatedly, if I must, to just get regular maninures and do not attempt to take off a gel manincure myself (now THAT'S a professional nail tech, telling you the TRUTH about how damaging gel manicures are). If you want any kind of design absolutely do not come here. I asked my stylist if the design I wanted was reasonable and something she could do and she lied and said yes, even though its apparent she couldn't. The motifs and swirls are chunky, poorly done and honestly lazy. Not only that but I got an acrylic fill and my nails are not only uneven compared to eachother but are completely crooked and lopsided, as shown in the photo with my thumbs. Well I don’t have photos because they peeled and fell off within a few days I came in with a couple friends as a walk in…they weren’t busy at all and I was not happy at all! The retention sucked, If I had to choose I wouldn’t go here and spend money again! Unless the female owner does my nails! This happened the first time I got my nails done here too with the dip on my natural nails and the male did mine
