Kind! I am still amazed of their service and kindness that they showed me on the water leakage repair. They had my car at their shop for about 10 days to find out thoroughly where the water leaked. Neil who is the owner of the shop called me to pick up my car and told me that I did not owe him any for the repair. He even paid for a rental car for the 10 days. Best auto shop in town! An absolute pleasure!! I was skeptical about taking my car to any other body shop. The staff at Millen were so friendly and professional and helped me as soon as I walked in. They took care of all the hassle with my rental and insurance company I hardly had to do any work. They worked around my schedule and I dropped my car off when it was best for me. Great work I had a car accident and had to have some body work done on my car. I took it to Millen Auto Body and the customer service was above and beyond what I would expect. They helped arrange my rental car, they were very friendly and helped answer all my questions. My car was done way sooner than expected and way cleaner than when I dropped it off. I highly recommend Millen Auto Body.

Wouldn't go anywhere else Wouldn't take any of my 5 vehicles anywhere else but Millen's. Couple of months ago my truck was keyed all the way around (ex-house sitter that wanted to date my son, weirdness) and when I went to check on it, Neil showed me my truck in the state of the art paint booth.
