I dropped my vehicle off last Friday and, after a week, I still have not received a diagnosis. I’ve had to call multiple times just to get updates, and several times I was transferred to voicemail or told someone would call me back. The biggest issue has been the lack of communication. I understand repairs and diagnostics can take time, but customers should be kept informed instead of having to chase updates. I hope the dealership improves its communication and customer service.

I can not recommend this dealership enough. I was worried about a long distance car purchase but Ana sent me detailed videos showing every aspect of the vehicle I was interested in. She answered every question in detail and gave a very timely response. She made sure everything was prepared so when I arrived it was smooth sailing. She was by far the best car salesperson that I have dealt with.
Taylor and Jermaine were great! They were very helpful with explaining everything as a first time buyer and very passionate about their work. Could not recommend them enough.
