Took the Macaron class yesterday and loved it. Chef was really personable, funny and knowledgeable. Instructions were clear and easy to execute. Results were delicious! We left feeling we could actually make macarons at home. They even offer a very inexpensive macaron making kit that provides all the kitchen tools used in class. Plus you leave with the 24 cookies you made! Highly recommend and thank you!

we went to a macaron class and had a fantastic time. Pauline was a wonderful inspiration to do more pastry making. the macarons where absolutely delicious and I bought the kit and plan on making some more at home for the holidays. if you want to learn how to do something definitely ask for Pauline!
When in New York we travel to have breakfast at Mille Feuille. Great coffee, food and staff. — with Age de Graaf.
Small bakery but macaroons test good clean
A great spot to relax and chill but people also there working. I was killing time and this spot was an ideal companion.
The Galette des Rois (king's cake) is as good (or even better) as the ones you can find in a bakery in France. Taste like home, with generous filling. Happiness made out of butter.
