Arrived 9/12/25 to collect our entire unit of furniture and boxes that had been stored in unit 201 for 4 weeks only to find everything (boxes, furniture, etc) covered in rodent feces and urine. We literally watched a mouse run out from under our TV during the move out, escaped through a small corner hole in the old concrete of the unit, and down the row directly into another unit. The front desk lady Mel is absolutely the best! She took care of me and all my request! I would recommend this storage unit to anyone who needs a unit!
Registering was quick and easy. No hidden fees or add-ons that I wasn't aware of. I suck at names but the lady working in the office to help me was super friendly and helpful. All in all a good experience.
The folks at Mill Creek Storage were extremely accommodating and helpful. I don’t know if this is the case, but it felt I felt like I was working with a family owned business - and not an impersonal corporation. I very highly recommend them!
