Amazing friendly staff and always very quick!
I did not actually have a procedure done here due to being misguided by Tricare. I did receive a consultation in Dr Billy’s office and he was very friendly and I wish I could have continued my service with this office. Reception and billing were very kind and understanding with my plethora of issues due to tricare. I appreciate the kindness the office had while figuring out my situation, definitely recommend mill creek oral surgery.
Dr. Billy is an excellent oral surgeon. He is professional, and caring. His staff is kind and compassionate. I went from fear of trauma to great relief and appreciation . Never going anywhere else.
My husband was quoted $150 to have tooth pulled. Then they billed our insurance after they told us we weren't in network. Insurance paid $98 for the office visit. They then billed us another $100. Finally, my husband's periodic oral exam at his regular dentist was rejected bc of the ov charge and we had to pay another $58. If you go there which I don't recommend get charge in writing.
Dr. Billy and his team did such a great job on my wisdom teeth. I had 4 removed and he was so caring. The office called to check on me when I was home recovering. Hardly any bad pain and minimal swelling. I would recommend him to anyone looking!
