I moved here a year ago from out of state and rented sight unseen. I've waited to give a review so I could give an honest one. The buildings are older but are well maintained, especially for their age. The company is in the progress of upgrading appts. The on-site office staff is absolutely wonderful and very personable and have been available to answer questions and such when needed. The maintenance staff have been fantastic for me. This place was infested with mice! I had to move out in May immediately after two mice were killed by traps put down by maintenance within 24 hours of one another. Then I heard a third mouse running around in the cabinets. I got out of there! My previous review was removed for some reason. Now, that makes me question the credibility of the five-star reviews. Office team is super friendly and timely, maintenance is professional and knowledgeable. Erica was super helpful in the process of finding my new home. You guys were awesome thank you.
Maintenance team is fantastic. Within an hour of emailing about an issue, Bobby and Jacob were at my door and got everything done flawlessly. Even went out of their way to replace some windows that had come off their tracks. As for the location itself. It's a great starter area and we've loved it since being here!
Well it has been 3 months since we moved in, and we have zero complaints. It has been a great experience. The manager, Robyn, and maintenance, Jon, have been exceptional. It is very quiet and safe here. It is also nice to have a ranch style apartment - not hearing any footsteps above us as we’ve had in the past in apartments. It’s nice to be able to plant flowers around the patio too - it adds a personal touch.
