Looks like a clean, quiet complex. The gal I spoke to in the office was kind and friendly. Not sure on specs of like bedrooms and price, I didn't get that far cuz they do not accept section 8 here due to the way the utilities are set up in the complex. They do have a welcome center that has brochures in a box outside of the office with all the specs on it.
They will start eviction after 3 days late with rent even if your dad and room mate is dying. The place is over 40 years old and they still think 30 year old air conditioners are more efficient than ones made in 2022. Be prepared for multiple maintenance people, they work so hard because everything breaks because it’s old and cheap. They eventually quit…
