I was very pleased with Millbrook Property Management and its business model. I didn't have to worry about trying to find and deal with reputable contractors and builders for the projects I planned for my home and property. I only had to review and sign the contract with the builder and all points of contact were between the builder and Pete my Property Manager. My review: LLC is a fine company. I got good vibes--if I may use that somewhat anachronistic yet apt expression--during the initial talk on the phone. Glad I listened to that feeling. The correctness of my decision to proceed, based on something visceral, was borne out all the way through the process. These are good, honest people. They had my own best interest at heart.
