I was very pleased with Millbrook Property Management and its business model. I didn't have to worry about trying to find and deal with reputable contractors and builders for the projects I planned for my home and property. I only had to review and sign the contract with the builder and all points of contact were between the builder and Pete my Property Manager. MPM has been a great help to me for many year. All tenant have been pleasures. They vet them perfectly. I am very thankful this season for their help in bring my stress level lower.

My review: LLC is a fine company. I got good vibes--if I may use that somewhat anachronistic yet apt expression--during the initial talk on the phone. Glad I listened to that feeling. The correctness of my decision to proceed, based on something visceral, was borne out all the way through the process. These are good, honest people. They had my own best interest at heart. That, combined with consummate professionalism, is an unbeatable combination. Go with your gut, I always say. Many thanks. -DR

I recently was introduced to MPM , and feel very fortunate . This is a hands on independent company . They utilize the latest in technology , but the property management is personal . Always able to directly connect when I need them , and receive prompt attention to any inquiry I may have . Their variety of management packages and one’s ability to move from one level to another makes for excellent value . Support local Millbrook Businesses !
