I had a back injury that developed into long lasting, low level pain. PT alone did not seem to solve the issue. Trigger point injections did nothing. Probably after about 8 months, my spine Doctor recommended I see Dr. Pasley. He did adjustments and gave me specific sets of exercises to do. I added these to the ones the physical therapist recommended, and so did both.
