Terrible experience Worst experience ever, my ring was destroyed! Lisa is a great salesperson; tells you everything you want to hear, and then takes no responsibilty for damages they cause. I can't believe they are still in business. Don't be fooled like me....don't let your precious jewels get in the hands of these people!!!
Legendary shopping experience I was 7 years old when my mother first took me to Millbrae Jewelers to purchase my first birthstone necklace and as a child the memory was indelible. Now owned by the Fitzgibbons family it has become an icon for fabulous jewelry design, exquisite gem stones, Swarovski crystal and state of the art jewelry repair.
