I came in recently for a cleaning and had a really positive experience. The dental hygienist was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everything felt professional and well-organized, and I never felt rushed. Overall, a great experience.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this dental office, and I want to share what happened so others can make informed decisions. Before my crown procedure, Dr. Tsai briefly told me that my tooth (#30), a back molar, “had too much filling” and therefore needed a crown. That was the full extent of the explanation. I've been going to Dr. Sherry Tsai since I was a kid, and she’s hands down the best! She's incredibly gentle, caring, and always takes the time to make sure you're comfortable. The office has such a calming atmosphere and is always super clean. If you're looking for a trustworthy, skilled dentist with a great team, I highly highly recommend Dr. Tsai!

I have been going to Millbrae Dental Care for just over 18 years now, and I continue to be very happy with the outstanding service they provide. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, with a friendly staff that makes every visit comfortable. Appointments run on time, procedures and options are explained clearly, and I always feel at ease and cared for. Going to the dentist might not be my favorite activity, but Dr. Tsai and staff make this undertaking about as easy and pleasurable as possible.
