This review is way overdue. From start to finish, this company, all the staff - front desk ladies, the very fabulous hygienists, Mark (he does everything!) and obviously, the STAR - Dr. Tsai. I came in recently for a cleaning and had a really positive experience. The dental hygienist was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everything felt professional and well-organized, and I never felt rushed. Overall, a great experience.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this dental office, and I want to share what happened so others can make informed decisions. Before my crown procedure, Dr. Tsai briefly told me that my tooth (#30), a back molar, “had too much filling” and therefore needed a crown. That was the full extent of the explanation. There was no discussion of critical risks such as nerve exposure, significant postoperative pain, or the possibility of needing a root canal — all of which are essential parts of informed consent fo... read more
