Attended appointment to find clinic shut with no notification . Travelled in and time off work , would not recommend this site . Unable to reach anyone on the contact details given - NHS at it’s best

I got a telephone call cancellations in progress. Would I be able to attend today? Brilliant let’s get it out the way and done with. The ultrasound department is based on milbay Road opposite the new Continental. It was clean very warm. The staff were polite and professional. Thank you very much for your treatment today
Very disappointed with the way in which I was treated today, no empathy and painful scan. No, I did not want to hike my dress up with the door wide open!! So glad my husband was with me. Only reason I’ve given 2 stars is because there was no waiting, straight in,done, out.
