Stay Away! This company performs "shoddy" work and refuses to atone for their mistakes. They installed a system at my home and didn't even check to ensure it worked before packing up to leave; luckily I checked it and had to confront their workers about fixing it. They charged me almost $800 to USE their pipe puller...they OWN it! Why didn't they just say that up front and I could have gone to an equipment rental place and pulled the pipe myself for much less! The team who put the sprinkler system in were very nice and helpful. My yard is looking better already and I don't have to worry about moving hoses around the yard anymore. Any issues I had were addressed right away and taken care. Thank you Millard Sprinklers
Everything from start to finish was great! Jack was a great salesman and answered any questions that I had. Scheduling with Rachael went really well. They have a great system in place to squeeze in existing properties when new sites may be muddy. They told me they would be at my house at 8:00 am and they were there promptly and not 1 minute later every worker was working on getting the system installed.
