This is what I sent to the BBB and they replied that there was no contract. Of course, I got ghosted by Jim Eggers. Plus I had 2 other roofing companies that said I do not need a roof. "I have a situation with Millard Roofing. Jim Eggers came out in February and said I needed a new roof. He asked for my insurance policy and amendments. I got that with literally a fight and bad energy with my insurance agent. I got the information and tried to call Jim. I highly recommend Millard Roofing. Justin went above and beyond to assess roofing and gutter issues at our house. He was extremely thorough and honest about our needs. We worked with Millard Roofing in 2017 to 2019 on various roofing and gutter needs. They were excellent to work with then and continue to be now. Thank you Justin!
This is the best roofing company I have ever dealt with. They were very prompt at getting everything done as soon as they were available. Justin was great at negotiating with our insurance company to make sure that everything got taken care of. We didn’t have to do anything they took care of it for us.
