I am the owner of Patriot Roofing. Our company received a call from Millard Roofing to possibly be a sub-contractor on a job they were doing. I agreed to meet up to give them an estimate on the project. Jim Eggers (vice president) showed up 28 minutes late to the initial meeting. He than stated that he was parked around back and was waiting for me. (I watched him drive in 28 minutes late).
