People! It's no longer Millard. It haven't been Millard for about 4years now. The name may be still up there, but it not Millard. It is now owed by Raider. I have heard a lot of complaints about them, believe me, you not the only one. So glad I'm not there.
They suck, 13 hrs after appt they load 1st pallet
Really need to work on load times an running empty trailers wasting fuel. There backed up to dock doors open for 10 hours used 45 gallons of refer an no product on trailer mybe if u have to start replacing the fuel this would stop
This place sucks no reason to be this slow
They took my phone number down assuring me they'd call when the load was ready. I waited 19 hours with no call. I walked into the shipping office to find out the load had been ready for atleast 8 hours.
Called at 11am to see if I could pick up load early and was told it would be ready for pickup at scheduled time of 9:30pm. 40 minutes later and was told it would still be a while.
This place sucks they have more excuses for being so slow it is bullshit to have to put up with it they need to pass laws against warehouses for taking so long
