I arrived 6 hours after my appointment time. The lady at the front desk was real nice with explaining that I would be a work in. Long story short, I was out within 2 hours. Very nice people.
If I could have left no stars, that would have been better. All of the staff, especially management were uneducated, uninformed, clueless, extremely rude, and below the scale of unprofessional. I don't understand how DHL can function as a company.
The warehouse staff was professional and courteous. Plenty of parking. Loading was fast.
