My 85 year old mother was very ill and unfortunately had to go to ER. Molly, (one of the ER nurses) was rude, uncompassionate, and condescending. My mom couldn't even ask a simple question, as Molly snapped at her throughout her stay. I understand that being a nurse is a thankless job, but if you can't be kind to the patients, don't be a nurse.
Zero stars for the emergency room. Nursing staff have absolutely no patient skills. The need to speak to a doctor is non existent. My advice to anyone needing to go to the emergency room go elsewhere.
So far not impressed. Waiting too long to see a Dr.
Dr. McIntyre in Emergency Department was wonderful- very caring AMD relatable! Actually refreshing
I had a recent day surgery at M.F. Suburban. My pre-op visit was great and all of the staff was kind and wonderful. I had a lot of anxiety going into the appointment and my surgery and the nurses and nurse practitioner all assured me that with my doctor's permission I would be given medication to calm my anxiety. I discussed this with my doctor on multiple occasions and she was sure to make a big note in my file to give me medicine as the first step in my intake process. I was anxious from the very start of my day at Sub... read more
This hospital is great for day surgery and fine for the emergency room. Following my hip replacement surgery, I had to stay overnight on the post-surgical ward. Awful, awful experience. The staff did not respond to my buzzer and I had to ask a visitor to get someone to help me to the bathroom. My nursing aide was morose and poorly trained. The other patient in my room insisted on blaring her TV all through the night. When I asked the nursing staff if the noise level could be turned down (loud even through my earplugs),... read more
I could not of asked for a better staff to me on the day I walked into the emergency room. They took me extremely fast. They were very helpful and caring. 2 NORTH TELEMETRY WAS AMAZING. THE nurses up there and the assistance I was so impressed. They were super busy and still had time to care for me as well as my room mate. Megan and the rest of the nursing crew I give you guys 110. The food I rate a zero. Yes zero I tell u blah is was awesome but you know what atleast they fed me rite. I just want to say THANK YOU AGAIN AND ... read more
This is the worst. Could be the Dr. from wife’s OBGYN. Was told by the dr. That she wouldn’t remember instruction, so I began asking some questions I had about aftercare. Didn’t want to answer and was extremely rude about it. Day before, hospital pharmacy called to set up RX needs. More convenient for discharge. Made sense. Was told that wouldn’t be done that way. No explanation. Absolutely terrible care. I’d give 0 stars if I could
