If I could give the "resident" a zero I would. The "resident" didn't tell me who they were & asked minimal questions. I was here for gallstones & this terrible "resident" never came back. The actual Doctor should know this "resident" needs to be educated. THEY ARE AWFUL.
When in severe pain due to a Crohn's flare up they insisted they could not increase my pain meds because my doctor was not on call in the middle of the night. After lying in excruciating pain for 8 hours the nurses where finally nice enough to take matters into there own hands. The head nurse is short and rude and would rather take the nurses side than listen to a patient. I advise going elsewhere
