The caregivers here are loving and kind. Many times I have seen them go above and beyond what was required. Also, the facility is always clean.
AVOID. Robyn Block Woodbuty is involved in some scam and she is married to Brandon who works in Millard Care. I found this: I started there as a CNA. They were very short staffed all the time and I would occasionally have to work an entire unit by myself on 3rd shift (60 beds). There was a lot of drama and management wasn't too fantastic. A LOT of favoritism. I did gain a lot of good experience though and the job can be fun when it isn't short. Millard Care and Rehabilitation is an absolutely praiseworthy facility. Their skilful staff is awe-inspiring. We feel so blessed to have a safe, loving, home like environment for our Mom.
