In my interactions with Aaron, he was devaluing of female professionals—including those with significantly more expertise and more professional experience than him. He acted as if he is superior to them because of his gender, and was extractive of their time and consultation for which he did not compensate them. I wouldn’t recommend him or refer anyone I care about to him.
