Awful staff and worse facility. you truly receive very little for your money here. You are treated more like a nuisance that needs to stay inside and be quiet. I would recommend heavily to never enter the complex never mind rent here
My packages usually get stolen and the staff does not help. Other residents would sign off to the delivery and see the package. Even when you let all your neighbors about the missing package, no one returns it. And when you complaint o the Mill Valley staff, no one helps.
