They were unreasonable and down right nasty to a dear friend/Bride during the pandemic. I will be sure to alert all of my colleagues in the area as well as the BBB of their horrible customer service. Shame on you for being greedy and unprofessional

For all the brides and grooms be careful when you book your venue in case there is another virus outbreak due to nobodies fault MILL TOP DOES NOT want to refund your money. We are all in this together all other vendors had no problem refunding your deposit. SHAME ON YOU MILL TOP.
Oh where to start.... I have sat on this review for a few months now, but feel like it’s a necessary review to possibly make a bride and groom a little more informed. My biggest advice? Have no conversations in person and do it all in writing.... though I’m not entirely sure it would help. We probably should have known we were in trouble when the initial person we met with suddenly was no longer employed there. Our experience at the Mill Top was incredible! Everything from planning to wedding day was seamless. Everything that came up was handled with such ease and professionalism. Our event coordinator Brittany was an actual rockstar and a joy to work with. She made our day so special and so US. We can’t recommend this place enough!
Beautiful venue. NO security on premises. Random person walked into reception and was served drinks at bar by Milltop staff. After finally being escorted off property, this random person vandalized over 25 cars in the parking lot. Rocky Shanehsaz ignored calls and emails. His insurance company claims crime was in public parking lot. Do yourself a favor - after you schedule to spend $$$$ for your event, find a security patrol and pay for that too because the Milltop has NO SECURITY.
The most beautiful and accommodating wedding venue! We had our wedding here in September and they helped us every step of the way! If you’re wanting to enjoy the entire wedding planning process this is the place! Brittany was amazing and I know went above and beyond what was expected of her! There is so much character here and they truly help to create your own special image!
