Should be ZERO Stars. Had open flame wall sconce in lobby at head/hair height. My wife walked by and her hair was set aflame. Owner never offered help, apology or remorse. Said he was fire code compliant. Contacted Fire ******** and he assured me that the venue was NOT compliant and had them correct several negligent fire code violations. Not surprised of the other reviews. This is a dishonest man. Be forewarned.
I'd leave 0 stars if I could. The owner charged us nearly $1000 to move the wedding date mid lockdowns last year to a date when we could have our families there. Forced everyone to sign a waiver to enter the building without notifying us before hand. The owner is a very shady businessman. "

Horrible customer service and downright nasty/unprofessional. Swindled brides out of their money during the pandemic. Even mentioned how they already used the money to pay payroll and the brides will have to deal. Wouldn’t even work with brides to accommodate guests and Covid safe regulations.
They were unreasonable and down right nasty to a dear friend/Bride during the pandemic. I will be sure to alert all of my colleagues in the area as well as the BBB of their horrible customer service. Shame on you for being greedy and unprofessional

For all the brides and grooms be careful when you book your venue in case there is another virus outbreak due to nobodies fault MILL TOP DOES NOT want to refund your money. We are all in this together all other vendors had no problem refunding your deposit. SHAME ON YOU MILL TOP.
Oh where to start.... I have sat on this review for a few months now, but feel like it’s a necessary review to possibly make a bride and groom a little more informed. My biggest advice? Have no conversations in person and do it all in writing.... though I’m not entirely sure it would help. We probably should have known we were in trouble when the initial person we met with suddenly was no longer employed there.
