I'm allergic to dairy and wheat. I let the server know and he gave me a gluten free menu and allowed me to substitute out a side that was dairy free. What was over the top amazing service is that he brought out complimentary chips and homemade salsa instead of the bread for me!! Wonderful service, tasty and accommodating food! Entire staff was kind too! Thanks for a great experience!

A must place to visit if you are ever in the area or even passing by. We went to another highly rated place tonight in Roanoke Rapids. Not even a comparison. Made us appreciate Mill Street even more

We had fried oysters, shrimp and pork ribs plus some yummy fried green tomatoes and excellent steamed broccoli to mitigate for all the fatty goodness. Staff are fabulous.
Great meal! Shrimp and grits was to die for. All my meals are wonderful there.
