RecommendedThe manager Mrs.heidi is extremely good to work with and goes above and beyond with her skills as the manager. Everything is always kept up to par and looking great.
I just appreciate Ms. Heidi for being available when needed and following up with any concerns I've had since I've been here. I have met some great people and most of my neighbors look out for each other.
I think this place is great, quiet, low rent no college kids to make all kind of noise, don t need a dishwasher, I can wash dishes the old fashion way, air condition is good. The people on either side of me have been there for years, they are retired but they like it. I would and have recommended this place to many MATURE people. I find no problems with it, it is an older Apartment complex but again, it is quiet and no one bothers you like some of the apartments with all the college kids.
I have never heard of a dishwasher being a necessity. Apparently you was not taught properly how to tend to your home. I believe that when people get demanding on rentals then it is best to get your credit straight and purchase your own home. Some issues can be fixed and in this current economy (NO MONEY) it is very hard to up keep anything when you can not even get the renters to pay their rent on time. You must have been one of them to be so disgruntle.
miserable office staff Rudest staff of any complex I've ever encountered. They act as if they don't want tenants. The old woman (jo ann) at the office needs a lesson in customer service. I've never experienced the level of rudeness this women exhibited at any establishment before. Strange to encounter stuffiness for a slummy apartment complex. There are many better options in statesboro that appear cleaner and don't require a migraine inducing experience with personnel that obviously carry personal issues to work.
dont waste your time, termites, silverfish and molded heating and air, the bathroom smells musty ALL the time. this complex needs to be demolished and a new one built from the ground up!! the air never cooled when i rented there and no dishwasher, have you ever heard of no dishwasher in 2007???!! i dont think its worth over \$200.00 a month AT THE VERY MOST!!! most of the student apartments are much nicer than this place!!!!
Great Place to Call Home I am a 5 year resident of Mill Run Apartments. It is quiet, friendly, and a perfect location for those looking for a place to call home. If you want noise and problems this is not the place for you. Good luck house hunting.
crummy service These apartments are crummy! The outside is pretty nice looking but they will not even show you an apartment if you are interested in renting from them. Not to mention I think it was very rude service. Why would i want to rent an apartment if i could not even look at what I was getting into.
