I have seen rodents and roaches everywhere and have experienced hostility from several residents in the building. I have seen people being harassed and threatened and do not recommend vulnerable or elderly individuals being placed here. The staff are unprofessional and make the residents feel uncomfortable. There are people with lengthy criminal records also living in the building.
I have been threatened particularly by a couple on the 6th floor who put my life at RISK 😡 lots of drugs and people with psychiatric problems 😔 the management doesn’t do a good job screening potential renters they just let anyone in regardless there are people in this building that are EX CONVICTS and other BAD people don’t come here unless you want problems and misery
This Building is currently, under Major Construction until approximately, September 2022. Roofing, electrical and plumbing repairs. Renovation of apartments and common areas. Installation of new video security systems as well as, fire alarm monitoring, etc.
