I hired Ken and Joanne to do a Pre-Purchase General Inspection and I undoubtedly would do so again in a heart-beat! They are the absolute best at such a reasonable cost. Joanne and Ken did an excellent job on my home inspection! They were extremely thorough and they explained everything in a way that I could digest and understand. I got my inspection write up from them the very next day it was filled with detailed pictures of every single aspect of the house. I felt extremely confident in my purchase having known that Joanne and Ken inspected every last detail of the house!

Mill River Home Inspection was excellent. They were well detailed and proficient. They explained step by step through the whole inspection providing excellent feedback moving forward in my husband and I 1st home. There service was EXCELLENT there is not one thing I can say. I absolutely loved working with Mill River! Ken and Joanne were incredibly thorough during the inspection and offered great expertise and advise.
