Lived here 25 years ago and it wasn’t exactly new to them. Had my car broken into here, a lovely 1994 blue Mazda Miata. Other than that no problems and love the place.
Millrace Apartments is a nice place to live. It is pretty quiet especially considering that it attracts a lot of students and pets. The management is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is friendly and responsive. The location is convenient for students as it is very close to the university and also the EMX station. I have a furnished flat, so I pay slightly more for the furniture, but I was very pleased with it's condition.
