Lived here 25 years ago and it wasn’t exactly new to them. Had my car broken into here, a lovely 1994 blue Mazda Miata. Other than that no problems and love the place.
Millrace Apartments is a nice place to live. It is pretty quiet especially considering that it attracts a lot of students and pets. The management is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is friendly and responsive. The location is convenient for students as it is very close to the university and also the EMX station. I have a furnished flat, so I pay slightly more for the furniture, but I was very pleased with it's condition. My husband and I have been living in the Millrace Apartments since September 2017. We moved to Eugene from Alaska and reserved an apartment sight unseen. We rent one of the 2 bedroom, townhouse style apartments. Amanda the property manager was very easy to work with and communicative throughout the entire process. They have a very generous and affordable pet policy in addition to the best rent prices you will find in this proximity to the University of Oregon. This is a great place to live as a student. I’ve been here for about four months and I love it. It’s quiet and everyone is friendly but not overly friendly. They are pet friendly which is also nice. Great prices and the property manager is very helpful!
