We have been here for about 4 to 5 months now upon moving in we've had a few issues the water heater has the ac unit above it and it dripped down and shorted the power out it still leaks and fills the pan below the water heater and the shower water pressure is off bad idk if its the shower head or shower itself but water doesnt come out powerful dont get me wrong i love it here just those issues need to be taken care of and then i would feel like paying almost 2000 a month is worth it completely all in all i made the right c... read more
From my experience I really love it here it’s quiet nice community and neighbors, every one that I have met in the office has very pleasant to me really can’t say much about mill pond village, wonderful place to live
