Anything above 1 star is a lie, The neighborhood is pretty loud compared to 8 years ago, (cars and motorcycles), people don’t clean up after animals, painters get paint everywhere, carpet definitely not installed properly, they band aid appliances instead of replacing, and they always go the cheapest route and it does show in the workmanship, and maintenance good luck then improperly installed dishwasher so it can’t be used, and the stove is still in level and messed up after years literally years of complaining and yes floo... read more
The 2 br are considerably different one almost twice the size of the master, n a few things ( repairs) seemed like they were rushed, I think it’s just been a long time since I’ve lived in an Apartment we are satisfied just cautious.
I love living here. Our apartment is really nice and the amenities are great. The walking trail is so peaceful and makes it the perfect place to live with a dog. We couldn’t be happier here.
