RecommendedMill Pond took my cat Allie when her regular vet couldn’t fit her in. Luckily she was with the “team” at Mill Pond. She was treated as if she had been with them all her short 6 year life. They showed love not just to her but to me as well. Allie got ill very quickly and left us very unexpectedly. I appreciated their care of Allie and making what was a difficult time easier as she passed over. Our home is empty without her but our hearts are filled with memories of our sweet little girl. I don’t even have words to express how amazing this vet is. I have received such amazing care for dog. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a vet office before and mill pond is amazing. From The office visits to the care down to the all the doctors abs staff. My baby means the world to me abs dr Lang abs dr prior have been so amazing to my puppers.
I was just trying to be a responsible pet owner and brought my cat to Mill Pond because he has a large bald spot on his front leg. $827 later and I still don't have any answers. The first visit I was charged $360 for blood work (Including a charge for an $80 phone call with the vet while I sat in my car because you can't go inside due to COVID). I was concerned about taking my cat to the vet during this pandemic. I was happy that they were taking every precaution by coming to my car and taking her inside followed shortly by a call from the vet. We had a lengthy conversation about her and any concerns I had!! The vet and staff here are very pleasant and professional .

Today my dog was passing and I called my vet hysterical. They told me to come right in. Everything we needed and more Dr Ray and his tech provided us. I’ve had many pets throughout my life and unfortunately have had some experience putting them down. But I never had any veterinarian treat myself and my pet with this much compassion and professionalism.
