My mother spent her last few years here. Everything is clean and working. Staff was very nice. Specifically I have to say that the building manager, David was easily the most approachable and available of any place I've lived. Always very patient with my elderly mother. He helped us move her in asap after I no longer felt comfortable having her live across town and after her passing he was understanding and professional. The on site manager helps with anything I need, everything is done for us on time. Simply wonderful.
The apartment was newly remodeled, and it looks gorgeous. Best one-bedroom floor plan I've ever seen. Nice public balconies facing the river, and lots of community events with fellow residents. On-site parking is at a premium, as some sites are assigned, but most are first come, first serve. Otherwise, it's street parking. You have to clear the snow out of your parking spot, even though it's not yours to claim when you return home to park. It took 2 years to procure an assigned parking spot.
