I have been living at Mill Pond since June of 2022. This building is the best since we have gotten our new manager David. David takes care of business and explains the process he needs to do to make things happen. I love my apartment and our maintenance guy John is top notch you couldn't ask for anything more. Renee the regional manager stops in and handles things she needs to do and is so pleasant, friendly and so caring not just about the building but the tenants just as much as David and John. The apartment was newly remodeled, and it looks gorgeous. Best one-bedroom floor plan I've ever seen. Nice public balconies facing the river, and lots of community events with fellow residents. On-site parking is at a premium, as some sites are assigned but most are first come first serve. Otherwise, its street parking. You have to clear the snow out of your parking spot, even though it's not yours to claim when you return home to park. The building is non smoking but the manager doesn’t enforce it. Some tenants have smoke coming in their apartments and the halls. This causes respiratory illness. Many enjoy living here but are facing a move if this is not corrected.
