We (19 women) stayed at the Saugatuck Lodge over Labor Day weekend and had the most amazing time! The location was perfect - minutes from shopping, coffee, and restaurants and with the most convenient Grab & Go next door. The back deck and pool were the highlight for us. We had some plumbing issues while we were there and the Mill Pond Team was amazing to work with. They responded quickly and kindly and had their maintenance man out to us as fast as they could. Lovely rental. I’m a regular to Saugatuck but my girlfriends are not. We do a girls trip for few nights once a year. All of enjoyed are stay here. They appreciated being able to walk right to town from house. Would recommend.

The team at Mill Pond is extremely responsive, checks in with you during your stay, and is easy to reach when needed (although, we've never had to reach out to them during our stays). We have stayed in a variety of their properties and always have a nice time. The properties are conveniently located and are well-enough equipped for our stays (which are usually only for a few days). The properties are by no means luxurious, but they are comfortable and very well taken care of.

Had a terrible experience with Laura. She’s rude and has poor communication. I would head to Coldwell Banker.

We had a wonderful stay at the unwinding creek! The house was very spacious. The private beach was absolutely beautiful and felt like such a special bonus. The property came with plenty of amenities. We loved our time here and would definitely come back!
