When there was a snafu with our annual rental (not through Mill Pond) and our place had been double booked, we reached out to Mill Pond for help, not wanting to have our annual sisters trip cancelled. Mill Pond's team member, Peri, found us a beautiful place to rent within our budget. She was professional, kind and accommodating. Recently stayed at the here and now vacation property at Higgins lake. A well maintained and beautiful property with supplies like extra towels for a perfect beach house vacation. Mill Pond was quick to respond to my questions and was very helpful. My friends and family enjoyed our stay at the property and would look to stay at another one of their properties in the future!

BEWARE: Laura Durham is an extremely rude / unreasonable human being. I would highly recommend working with any other rental company other than Mill Pond because of her and her inability to be compassionate to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hideaway Cabin. It is a beautiful house on a beautiful property. The children loved the heated indoor pool. The kitchen is well stocked and the place was laid out nice for my family of 8.
