I decided to share this experience so you can make your own judgment and decision. This place has more bads then good. Bad 1. BEWARE!! There are Cockroaches (good god, they were inside our place, outside the hallway) I promise you our apartment was very clean, we only lived there because we sold our home and had to buy a new home so a apartment was needed momentarily we did not even have any furnitures because we stored them away in storage units, anywho they have tried to get someone to come out and mitigate but that did no... read more
Enjoyed living here, very clean, family friendly, and maintenance was incredibly fast. My only complaint would be how hot it is inside in the summer, the hallways and elevator are unbearable. You are only given one small AC wall unit that does not work well. Overall good place to live.
This place is awesome. It's clean. Things get fixed and cleaned very quickly. The building manager Jaimin is awesome and really cares and works very hard. Probably the best place to rent from in Forest lake. They have several properties and some are close to the elementary school.
