I have worked in the Property Management business for 35 years and have never experienced a Property I am impressed with more than Mill Ponds. I haven't had much contact with the office but anytime we have they have been kind, courteous, and took care of our needs. Maintenance was here in less than 24 hours and took care of the issue in a timely matter. I see the cleaning lady working almost everyday and this bldg looks incredible.... The worst place to live
Horrible management people living in underground garage way overpriced. Trash outside in underground parking. Carpet in hallways is tore up.
