Adequate apartment. We hardly see management in our building and have never come across one in the building next door. Maintenance is always next day, in and out. No problems there. Dumpster area is disgusting. Unfortunately during a pandemic around the world, where we are told to stay home (we can go outside if weather permits) there biggest concern is what your decks look like. I have worked in the Property Management business for 35 years and have never experienced a Property I am impressed with more than Mill Ponds. I haven't had much contact with the office but anytime we have they have been kind, courteous, and took care of our needs. Maintenance was here in less than 24 hours and took care of the issue in a timely matter. I see the cleaning lady working almost everyday and this bldg looks incredible....
