The cashier was professional but they didn’t do a good job dry cleaning my suit jacket. When I got home, I noticed a chemical smell coming from the jacket and have since tried airing out my jacket in the sun. Still haven’t been able to get the smell out. This is why I can’t recommend using them.
RecommendedMy fiancée had a suit cleaned and right after I had my Calvin Klein winter coat done. Both looked better than they did at purchasing! The customer service is amazing, and the prices are very reasonable.
Wow! Took advantage of their pick up and delivery wash and fold service for the first time, and WOW! Amazing experience, worth every penny and they are very nice people.
I do business at the Goshen shop and what a joy. Fast service, careful handling and some of the nicest people you could meet are working there.

It's a 3rd place I tried after checking other places. I am only using Mill Pond from now and on as I have expensive suits and crazy work schedule and they are even open on Sundays. On top of it they can have scheduled pick up too, so quality wise, service and hours open they r the best in the area! Owner Steven is very easy going and helpful. Highly recommend!
