Could not be happier with both the work and customer service from Mill Pond Auto! From the first inspection, dealing with the insurance company and keeping us up to date until our car was finished they were the most professional shop I’ve ever dealt with. Pete and Maureen were always keeping us updated and finished ahead of schedule. We couldn’t be happier. Kiddo! 👍
I’ve been using Mill Pond for a couple of years - Peter is amazing - my Subaru was a victim of a hit n run in a parking lot and my bumper/trim/headlight were ruined - Mill Pond had me in and out in 2 days looking brand new - 2 years ago they gave my old Pontiac solstice a makeover and fixed my broken convertible top. On a recent Saturday morning my family had loaded the car for a 7 day vacation out of state. As we left the house the driver window made a horrible noise and partially dropped. The window was crooked and out of its tracks. I went to my regular shop only to find them closed for vacation. I can’t say enough good things about Mills Pond Auto Body. They helped me through a long and stressful process dealing with a taxi insurance company and truly supported me every step of the way. They were patient, communicative, and made sure everything was handled properly. My car looks brand new, and they even went the extra mile by detailing it for me. The service was excellent from start to finish! Maureen was fantastic! Everyone was friendly, and made the whole process easy. They kept me updated, got the work done much quicker than I expected, and the quality was excellent. My car looks amazing, you can't even tell it was ever damaged. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs body work done!
