I can’t say enough good things about Mills Pond Auto Body. They helped me through a long and stressful process dealing with a taxi insurance company and truly supported me every step of the way. They were patient, communicative, and made sure everything was handled properly. My car looks brand new, and they even went the extra mile by detailing it for me. The quality of work and customer service is outstanding. One of the best auto body shops I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend them—thank you, Mills Pond!
Could not be happier with both the work and customer service from Mill Pond Auto! From the first inspection, dealing with the insurance company and keeping us up to date until our car was finished they were the most professional shop I’ve ever dealt with. Excellent work with very fair prices. I brought my 2018 BMW 440 in to fix up a series of scratches and dings from my 6+ years of owning the car. Peter reviewed the damages and quoted a very fair price to repair the damage and do a full detail of the car. Peter said the work would be completed in 3 days so I figured it would be a week before my car would be ready (based on past experience with other body shops that take twice as long to complete a job than what they tell you when you drop the car off).
