Excellent work with very fair prices. I brought my 2018 BMW 440 in to fix up a series of scratches and dings from my 6+ years of owning the car. Peter reviewed the damages and quoted a very fair price to repair the damage and do a full detail of the car. Peter said the work would be completed in 3 days so I figured it would be a week before my car would be ready (based on past experience with other body shops that take twice as long to complete a job than what they tell you when you drop the car off). My family has been using Mill Pond Auto Body for over 20 years. They do phenomenal work and make the process of getting your car repaired super easy. The owner, Peter is super nice and talks to you about the whole process of fixing your car. Maureen who runs the office is amazing! She handled everything for me with the other parties insurance company. When all said and done, my Jeep Grand Cherokee came out looking brand new. I was real happy!
Was involved in a hit and run so the smooth and speedy customer service I received was greatly appreciated. Car looks and runs like a new car! Just picked up my 2014 Ram truck. Dropped it off to remove some dings,new brakes rotors ,tires,and complete detail. My truck hasn’t looked this good since I first bought it back in 2014. Great job guys. Shout out to Peter the owner who is very knowledgeable and Thorough and very honest. Also Maureen at the front desk who is on the ball with putting everything together along with being super caring./ always gets back to you. This place is a Gem.
