At 1:29pm today the property manager Dawn called my phone and accused me of allowing guests to use the amenities. I have no idea who those people are and I do not appreciate being targeted and accused of things that I have no knowledge of. Dawn is rude and should be fired, she is not a people person and ever since she started working within this community the culture and environment has become hostile.

I've been a current tenant since 2021. My stay has been 5 stars. The property is well kept. The maintenance team is responsive, and if you submit a work order, they are knocking at your door the next day to resolve the issues in question. The leasing office staff is friendly and accommodating. And the pictures you see of the green trash compactor are the results of a handful of lazy tenants (not all) that choose not to open the door to the dumpster and instead decide it’s the smart thing to do by placing their garbage bags o... read more
