if snakes are your friends literally they have a snake problem on their grounds. this place is not worth the money, your rent goes up every renewal $50.00+ dont forget you pay the water bill, that also increases ever month 80.00 for 2 people when i moved out. new managers every year. dont expect to get you deposit back, expect to pay even more at this place when you move out. not worth it unless you want to continue moving every year.
Mill Pond Apartments These places are so increadible nice inside and out. The lawn and flowers are beautiful. The places are nice inside, big too. They come in different sizes. the prices are decent to for being on Lakeland hills. Everything on the hilll is pretty expensive. They are really queit and have indoor stair cases for the protection of tenets my friends love living here.
