To preface, I have never written a review. But Millpoint was terrible. 1. Towed illegally. In the paperwork, it states to have the parking pass hung up on your mirror. We did. We came out to find our car towed. We had to pay $350 to get our car back. We called Millpoint and provided picture proof of our pass in the window. Millpoint said that they were not contracted with the company and couldn't do anything about it. This is illegal. There needs to be a contract in place for a company to tow. I had some very time sensitive pressing questions that I needed answered quickly. I called in and spoke on the phone with Haleigh and she was very friendly, courteous, and prompt! 10/10 customer service, would recommend!
My wife and I lived at Mill Point Apartments from March 2025 to March 2026. When we moved in the apartment had not been cleaned at all — there was pet hair from previous tenants embedded in the paint on the walls. Concessions that were promised and signed in our lease were never applied to our rent. We were never given a consistent monthly amount due which caused billing issues throughout our tenancy.
