I sent you a review and all you say is how you can improve. Please don't play dumb; you need to get rid of that inept staff you have in the office who are useless. Stop stealing and return my deposit; it's a $400 difference. Otherwise, I'm going to report you to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Mill point is a good place to live. I don't love apartment living in general with all the fees outside of rent (and not just gas water whatever, but the ambiguous entertainment package that you can't opt out of a things like trash valet 🤷🏽♀️). In general we have enjoyed living here the past 7 months but there are definitely things we wish were different. The staff who serve this complex is very rude, they have no empathy and as residents we should have a secure payment platform which they do not offer, they discount the incomplete money and then they want to set you a deadline without you knowing that you owed money, they lack a lot of empathy regarding the treatment of the customer.
