I ABSOLUTELY HATED LIVING HERE. 0 STARS! Management is manipulative/decietful to get you to sign a lease. Once you’re in management is nothing but rude and impolite. Maintenance won’t happen even after multiple requests. There are bugs and spider webs all over. The resident building and especially the children’s parks. They keep reporting my review and taking it down so here is an unreportable one: this complex is extremely ill managed. Let me list a few of the problems that were in my apartment: 1) what looks like smoke/fire damage around the vents. This was from day 1. We took pictures of it and sent it to them. Nothing. It’s been months. 2) paint on move in was not finished. They stopped after the roller and did not bring the new paint up to the ceiling. Sent pictures of this as well. Hidden Fees Everywhere: If you put out more trash than they like, you’ll be charged $50. If your fridge or washer breaks, repairs are on their schedule—not yours—and the maintenance team often shows up with a bad attitude and excuses for delays. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The front office management is consistently unkind and unprofessional. Any time I tried to ask for clarification on policies or issues, I was met with rudeness instead of help. The property itself is poorly maintained. Spiders are everywhere, yet little seems to be done about it. Dog waste is also left all over the grounds, even though management claims they fine residents through “DNA testing” — something that seems highly questionable considering the constant mess.
