My roommates and I were unfortunate enough to receive countless fines from the management. I happened to put in my card info wrong on the first payment for rent and wasn’t made aware of it until later on when they fined me a late fee that was around 400 dollars. Throughout our time here we also were towed multiple times and the management was of no help. Our experience with management was incredibly frustrating, as they seemed to be constantly looking for ways to fine us. Upon moving out, we were shocked to find our entire security deposit withheld. They attempted to charge us over $1,500 in damage fees, including the cost of replacing all the carpet. I strongly advise against living here.
My wife and I have lived here for a few years and love the giveaways and parties that they do! It is a nice place to live and would recommend. Thank you!
