I love my nails and they did a very good job. The nail techs here are very nice.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Polish was smeared everywhere along the sides and underneath the nails. They did not even trim the cuticles (and when I asked her to, she told me the cuticles shouldn’t be trimmed), the nails were ragged and wet skin debris was all smushed under the nail bed. When I asked the manager to look at my manicure and decide if she felt this was acceptable, she told me it looked “ok, but maybe 80%, not 100%” and said “it’s a difficult color”. I don’t know how I’ve been living in Aspen and haven’t been here yet! Kim is so sweet and so talented, she gave me the best GelX set I’ve probably ever had! All of the staff made everyone in the shop feel so welcome this is definitely the place to go for a relaxing time and amazing nails!
