Rent has gone up astronomically in the little amount of time I've been here (over $500). Pretty sure I'm also paying more than a new person moving in would even though I've been here almost 3 years. Owner said prices online were wrong and his marketing team would fix them. Well they still aren't "fixed" probably because they're right and I'm being over charged and price gouged.

Very nice complex with beautiful grounds. The units are modern and spacious. The apartment manager is readily available and responds quickly. Our neighbors are all very nice and it is a quiet, comfortable place to live. A big plus is it is also dog friendly, and the many nice amenities include a new dog park. We are very happy here.
