I've not had the opportunity to live here yet. Regardless, Dennis is outstanding and truly someone special as a property manager. He's gone above and beyond to help us have the best opportunity to be part of this community. He alone deserves 5 stars
Rent has gone up astronomically in the little amount of time I've been here (over $500). Pretty sure I'm also paying more than a new person moving in would even though I've been here almost 3 years. Owner said prices online were wrong and his marketing team would fix them. Well they still aren't "fixed" probably because they're right and I'm being over charged and price gouged.
