I was denied for no reason first it was income which I exceeded then they wanted proof of the funds from the sale of my home. That just an excuse. I will be 65 in September, so it seems to me like there was some issue with that since they couldn’t give me any other reason
One of the best which was close to SEI. Loved their common park area. They have small gym too but the best part is the trail which is near to these apartments. Pretty decent in their response time for service but apartment are little old and they should paint and change carpet every 5 years. Also bathroom and kitchen needs to be remodeled. And they need to work on prices . It’s getting costly day by day .
