I was speaking to the salesperson about vinyl flooring when the phone rang. He left our conversation and proceeded to take a the call while I just stood there. I went ahead and let myself out, but I recommend shopping somewhere where they aren't so rude.
We've been buying flooring here for years, they're a good, honest, reliable vendor.
The salesman we had was very knowledgeable and pointed out the different types of flooring we were looking for. He didn't hover over us but was available to guide us as we needed. Plus, there is a very large selection of all types of flooring.
I can not speak highly enough of the multiple experiences I have had with mill direct. The guys in the showroom and extremely knowledgeable and can speak to all of their products offered. They were very timely in answering questions, providing quotes and flexible is scheduling the install. Their installers were polite, professional and did a great job during removal, install and cleanup. I will continue to use them for our flooring needs!
Carpet was installed on time and I am satisfied with their customer service & work.
