I took my kittens into get fixed. They were born in my bed room. We picked them up and the cut thier ears like feral. Not the 1cm required but 2.5. When they realized the mistake they called and just said they were notched. They lied. CUT DOUBLE from standard practice! Now some of the prospective homes for them have pulled out because this labels them feral. Each has been loved and cared for in my home, never once could have been feral!! My little babies have been maimed and labeled and there is no fixing this.
RecommendedI wanna give the biggest shout out of love and appreciation to Mill Creek Veterinary Hospital for taking in our 2 puppies that got Parvo. They are the only place in 30+ places I called in 4 counties (Magalia, Paradise, Chico, Orland, Yuba City, ECT...) that didnt turn me away for being booked out 1 to 2 weeks, and the only place that had any care in asking about there well being. I Thank you all for all you do and all the love we and they received.
Todays help with my dad and his dog, was appreciated in every way. Beautiful people through and through. I recommend you to everyone I know.

I've taken my 4 cats and 2 dog's to see the doctor here. Last year we took our dog of 13 years in for a surgery where unfortunately they discovered cancer. The staff and doctor were amazing to us giving us time to be with him and never making us feel pressured to hurry up add and leave. We have a new puppy now and he is also receiving his care at this vet. You feel like a member of the family when you visit and this is important to me and my fur babies.
we have a dog who runs the show and at mill creek the staff not only works with him keeps allowing our fur baby to be seen there it may take the whole staff to work on my dog but they did it and he works on reptiles they are just amazing
I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Winning since he opened his first office in Los Molinos back in the early 1990's and I wouldn't go to any other vet. He and his staff know how to handle animals in a safe and humane way.
Dr. Winning and his staff are amazing. They took such good care of my little boy, Maverick. They are caring and reassuring of the care they give. I would recommend Dr. Winning!
