I don’t give more stars because the system doesn’t allow me to do so, but Dr. Kevin and all the staff at MCVH are just WONDERFUL. I trust my dog and two cats under their care with my eyes closed. Every time I needed to exchange information or had questions or concerns about any of my pets, the staff was just ready and prompt to answer and help. MCVH has taken incredible care of 3 of our dogs over the last 30+ years... we will be back with our 4th!
Absolutely love this veterinary clinic! Started with Dr Betts and care couldn't have been better over the years. One complaint tho.. recently adopted a kitten and found that the fee for neutering this little guy is upwards of $600?!!!! What?!!! Exceedingly expensive even for a good vet! Don't we all want less feral cats in our neighborhoods?! Smh. Going to N.O.A.H. and same procedure is $90.00!
We lost our beloved 16 yo yesterday. It was absolutely devastating to watch her suffer the way she did at the end and my wife and I were racked with guilt and were saddened beyond relief. Dr. Yun and his staff were very compassionate and really extended the human element of understanding someone’s reaction to grief. We had experienced a similar situation with our last dog, and we were very inconsolable. Our previous vet and staff said sorry and left the room. It was very cold and clinical.
