I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Keita. She was incredibly nice, informative, and attentive! She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her professionalism and welcoming attitude gave me the confidence to move forward with applying for an apartment here. I’m truly hoping I won’t have to look any further, because I already feel like I would be in great hands!
I lived here 2 years with no issues until I moved out. I want to share my experience so others know their rights. Management falsely accused me of damaging cabinets in an attempt to keep my $800 security deposit. I knew I had not caused any damage, so I challenged their claim and contacted upper management. I applied to Mill Creek and the process was alot longer than expected. But Angela worked with me every step of the process to help with getting approved…She was understanding, led with grace, and was very helpful in advising on mistakes and changes that needed to be corrected in order to get approved…Thank you Angela
I toured Mill Creek Place Apartments today. (6/5/24) The property was very clean and well maintained. Ms. Angela in the leasing office was super friendly and welcoming, she was very knowledgeable and and extremely helpful. The other young lady who worked there was very friendly as well. I did not get her name though. I'm looking forward to making this my new home. Thanks so much Angela and leasing staff!!
Angela is by far the best manager. She made my move in perfect I had nothing go wrong she answer my billions of questions and assisted in any way she could. She went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My first time moving in an apartment staff made sure it look like the pictures everything was up to part and the community is nice and clean.
