Didn't feel helped was told twice after looking at documents Twice that we qualified and even after almost 2 weeks and two times having to pay application fees and doing paper work still got told make to much for 3 people I feel they are not doing folks right. They saw our documents multiple time and stubs but sure did take the application fee twice. Nothing changed just seems.strange we were told multiple times we'd be fine just to wait almost a week to then lose the apartment. Just not right..... would have never waited a... read more
I've really enjoyed my new beginnings at Mill Creek PL apartments, so far so good 👍🏽 management is very helpful and the staff is awesome 👍🏽 couldn't ask for better customer service with management and maintenance is great too ❤️ I'm looking forward to enjoying my stay here at Mill Creek PL apartments, and oh yeah apartment is very well kept my apartment is very nice clean and refreshed & clean thank you for great service 🙌🏽🙏🏽🦋💃🏽😙
I toured Mill Creek Place Apartments today. (6/5/24) The property was very clean and well maintained. Ms. Angela in the leasing office was super friendly and welcoming, she was very knowledgeable and and extremely helpful. The other young lady who worked there was very friendly as well. I did not get her name though. I'm looking forward to making this my new home. Thanks so much Angela and leasing staff!!
Very satisfied with my experience, i had the pleasure of working with Angela. She made me feel at home every step of the way, answered all of my questions and in a timely manner. Thank you Angela!
Angela is by far the best manager. She made my move in perfect I had nothing go wrong she answer my billions of questions and assisted in any way she could. She went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My first time moving in an apartment staff made sure it look like the pictures everything was up to part and the community is nice and clean. Thanks so much
